Google UW Services
Google UW services in the uw.edu.pl and student.uw.edu.pl domains have defined storage limits:
- Employees and doctoral students: 200 GB
- Students: 100 GB
Exceeding the limits will automatically block the ability to add more files to the drive. In the event of persistent limit violations, UW reserves the right to delete excess data.
Google Drives
UW employees can apply for the creation of a shared drive, which has a separate storage quota.
The maximum storage space is 200 GB. Only 1 shared project drive per employee is allowed.
To create a shared drive, submit a request via DocSense (Create document -> Application for Google services), with the approval of the head of the organisational unit.
