How to create a USOS account?
To be granted access or to change the USOS permissions, please fill out the relevant form formularze.adm.uw.edu.pl and deliver the original to room 220 in Former School Superintendent Building (CIUW), on Central Campus. Form is accessible after logging in with AD (Active Directory) account.
